LWS provides the hosting services necessary for the operation and availability of the website.

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter "Terms") define the terms and conditions under which users (hereinafter "the User" or "You") may access and use the Site and the services offered on it.

Access to and use of the Site constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using the Site.

1. Presentation of SLS GLOBAL Services

Through its Site, SLS GLOBAL presents its activities, organized around four business lines:

International B2B: intermediation and matchmaking between African producers/suppliers and international buyers (importers, distributors, industrial companies) for the purchase of agricultural, food, and craft products;
B2C Diaspora (SLS Market): an online sales platform for consumers and members of the African diaspora wishing to order authentic African products;
International Sourcing: support in sourcing products and suppliers abroad (China, Dubai, Turkey, Europe, the Americas);
Logistics & Transport: organization of transport, transit, customs clearance, and storage of goods between Africa and the rest of the world.

The Site allows users to browse a product catalog, request a quote, request sourcing services, and contact the SLS GLOBAL team directly.

The Site does not currently constitute an online sales platform with integrated payment. Any order, quote, or service is handled through direct communication between the User and SLS GLOBAL (by email, phone, or WhatsApp), followed, where applicable, by a separate commercial agreement.

1. Site Access

The Site is freely accessible to any User with Internet access. All costs required to access the Site (computer equipment, Internet connection, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the User.

SLS GLOBAL makes every effort to ensure quality access to the Site but is under no obligation to achieve this. SLS GLOBAL cannot be held liable for any network or server malfunction, or any other event beyond its reasonable control, that would prevent or degrade access to the Site.

SLS GLOBAL reserves the right to interrupt, temporarily suspend, or modify access to all or part of the Site without prior notice, particularly for maintenance operations.

1. Use of the Site

By using the Site, the User agrees to:

provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information when filling out a form (contact, quote request, sourcing request);
not use the Site for fraudulent or unlawful purposes;
not interfere with the proper functioning of the Site (introducing viruses, attempting intrusion, mass data extraction, etc.);
not use the Site in any way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the Site, or interfere with any other User's use of the Site.

SLS GLOBAL reserves the right to deny Site access, unilaterally and without prior notice, to any User who fails to comply with these Terms.

1. Forms and Contact Requests

The Site offers several forms allowing the User to:

request a quote (B2B);
request a product or sourcing assistance;
contact the SLS GLOBAL team.

Information submitted through these forms (name, company, email, phone number, message) is used solely to process the User's request and respond to it. This information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Submitting a request through the Site does not constitute a firm order or a contractual commitment on the part of SLS GLOBAL. Any service will be subject to a separate commercial proposal, quote, or agreement between the parties.

1. Intellectual Property

All elements comprising the Site (text, images, logos, graphics, icons, structure, database, etc.) are the exclusive property of SOUNKE LOGISTICS SARL / SLS GLOBAL, unless otherwise indicated, and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, transmission, or alteration, in whole or in part, of the Site or its content, by any means and on any medium whatsoever, is prohibited without the prior written authorization of SLS GLOBAL, except for elements expressly designated as royalty-free.

Any unauthorized use of the Site or any of its elements will be considered an infringement and prosecuted in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

1. Products and Information Presented on the Site

Descriptions, photographs, and information relating to products presented on the Site are provided for informational purposes only. SLS GLOBAL strives to present information that is as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee the complete absence of errors, particularly regarding the availability, exact characteristics, or visual appearance of products, which may vary depending on batch, harvest, or supplier.

Prices, when provided, are given on a quote basis and may vary according to quantity, export conditions, transport, customs clearance, and market fluctuations.

The Site may contain hyperlinks to other sites (including social media or third-party platforms such as WhatsApp). SLS GLOBAL exercises no control over these third-party sites and disclaims all responsibility for their content, availability, or privacy policies.

These Terms are governed by Cameroonian law. In the event of a dispute regarding the interpretation or performance of these Terms, and failing an amicable resolution, the competent courts of Douala, Cameroon, shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

1. Amendments to the Terms

SLS GLOBAL reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, particularly to adapt them to changes in the Site, its services, or applicable regulations. The applicable Terms are those in effect on the date the User consults the Site. Users are therefore advised to check this page regularly.
